– October 6th 2016, Tessa Belinfante and her band presented her debut album ‘Fly As We Fall’ at a sold out release show in Paradiso, Amsterdam. The album is a co-operation with her drummer and producer Philippe van Schil. Their shared musical interests and strong friendship started 12 years ago and has evolved ever since, letting them become a powerful writers duo.
– October/November 2016: ‘Fly As We Fall’ tour: including Paradiso, TivoliVredenburg, Roodshow Radio 2, TROS Muziekcafe Radio 2, several music cafe’s, instore concerts at Concerto and Plato’s, festivals: Festival performances: Rollende Keukens, Amsterdam Kookt Oosterpark, Amsterdam Kookt NDSM-werf, Nijmegen Kookt Goffertpark, Wijland festival, Uitmarkt festival at the Museum Square. Also lots of living room concerts were played.
Spring 2017, the EP ‘Surface’ was released. A summer tour followed including festivals as de Parade, Drakenbootfestival and Share a Perfect Day. Also, Tessa has performed as a support artist for several international artists visiting the Netherlands, namely: Paul Young (GB), Picture This (IRL), Morgan James (USA) and Clouseau (BE), Paul Carrack (GB).
In 2022 EP ‘Tiny Galaxy’ was released. A dreamy collection of songs with a mysterious, fairytale, foggy vibe.
